BCBA, Gretel Debasa Marimon, her inspiring story and the journey that led her to create NeuroDverse

Our founder and BCBA, Gretel Debasa Marimon, participates in the “Get Real with Gilbert Salazar” podcast to talk about her inspiring story and the path that led her to create NeuroDverse.

Discover how NeuroDverse was born and how our respectful parenting approach puts the child and family first, beyond any diagnosis.

In this podcast, our founder helps us discover how at NeuroDverse we design short- and long-term objectives that promote the comprehensive development of children, and how we place great importance on seeking and finding the perfect match between therapists and families, because we understand that many times, since therapies are so invasive for the family, this match is the key to guaranteeing the success of the therapies. She also explains the importance of our hiring process, which through interviews, seeks to find therapists who are able to transmit the seal and approach of NeuroDverse to the families we serve.

The goal of NeuroDverse is discussed, which is primarily to achieve the development of the child in the areas that need it, through personalized plans based on respectful parenting and with the use of ABA as a means to achieve the development goals proposed to each child. And we talk about NeuroDverse's vision of trying to share and bring our knowledge about this type of therapies, Autism and ADHD to other countries where there is no development in these areas and where there are so many families that need this type of support.

Gretel Debasa also shares her personal experiences, offers advice for those who want to start a career in ABA and motivates others to take the plunge and fight for their dreams.

Don't miss this episode full of reflections, anecdotes and wisdom.
